Tanning Facilities:
In 2003, the tanning plant was inaugurated in the industrial park of León, being one of the first tanneries to establish itself, with the capacity to produce 1,200 to 2,500 hides per day of lime tanning processes, implementing a complete infrastruc- ture for the transformation of green-salted or blood-stained neighbor leather.
Currently, Tenería Vargas is already part of the Ecological Regulation Program (PRECO) created by the Potable Water and Sewerage System (SAPAL) of León, for intelligent water conservation, which was implemented starting from the year 2017. Destacar la capacidad de producción.
Finishing Facilities:
Established since 1954 with the objective of carrying out finishing processes for our leather for different sectors such as footwear, leather goods, and automotive.
The production stages start from the reception of Wet Blue and continue with the retanning and greasing process, going through a variety of processes such as fleshing, vacuuming, spraying, and rolling, and concluding with quality inspections before delivery.
